Kiotari is a tourist destination designed for the needs a visitor has, such as super markets, pharmacy stores, pastry shops, taverns, restaurants etc. We reached our villa and lay on the sun beds by the pool.
We were amazed by the small waterfall that cascades from a two-meter stone-built wall. Imagine swimming in the pool and standing right under a waterfall or relaxing on the living room and listening to the sound of it! A villa with 3 bedrooms was a comfortable place for us, the beach was close and the walks we had on the beach and the rest of the area brought us close to other visitors. Our neighbors who also stayed in one of the Horizon Line Villas were very excited to stay in a tourist area but to enjoy the privacy they needed for their holidays as Kiotari doesn’t suffer from mass tourism.
We also asked them if they had a welcome pack like ours, which consisted of food and a cool drink, and of course they did. This gesture means a lot to a tourist as it creates a feeling of really welcoming people.
Kiotari beach is really beautiful for swimming and trying water sports for the daring type of tourists! Not for us though!
