Travelling to Santorini, we decided to spend a few days in Oia.
One of the best available choices there was Golden Sunset Villas.
Carved into the volcanic rock in the traditional settlement of Oia, Golden Sunset Villas offeref us a romantically decorated accommodation with magnificent views over the Caldera and the sunset.
Kepping the typical Cycladic style, our rooms included built-in beds and sofas. Each air- a kitchen and a living room with a satellite TV and DVD player. Pure traditional Greek hospitality and style.
We were also glad to find a furnished balcony with an amazing sea view of the Aegean along with beautiful sunsets.
We started each day with a buffet breakfast, enriched with Greek products.
In the village of Oia, we were able to find charming cafes and restaurants. Fira, the lively capital of Santorini, is around 10 km away. Public parking was a great plus for us since we rented a car for our transportation.
This was not just a typical accomodation in Santorini. If you seek a more friendly Greek approach during your holidays Golden Sunset Villas is your answer.
