Travelling to Santorini , we should visit the famous ‘’oia’’. Looking for a nice place to eat. So, we found Laocasti.
From the first moment you enter the restaurant you get a warm feeling. The menu was created by the head Chef Konstantinos Dimitriades. He told us that he uses fresh local and seasonal ingredients to ensure his contemporary dishes retain the essence of Greek cuisine.
Completely traditional and inventive
He is proud of his plates and also of his team. As we started to talk with the friendly staff, we felt that they are a team, working on featuring new and delicious dishes that embrace local products of Santorini and seasonal ingredients
We found a list of local wines. Of course we ordered one. Just trust their proposals so to have one of the best dinners in Santorini.
