Set on a hilltop in Koskinou, Villa Artemis offers an outdoor pool and a terrace with an overwhelming view. The lengthy yard includes an orchard, an aromatic herb garden and BBQ facilities. Rhodes International Airport is located 12 km away, while island’s port is with 5 km so we reached the villa easily. The property offers free private parking. Kavourakia Beach is only 1 km away, restaurants bars and supermarkets are 2 km from the property. Villa Artemis is near famous Faliraki with lots of beach bars, water sports, restaurants as well as peaceful bays.
The interior of the villa is elegant and functional, with a contemporary classic design and consists of five levels, with large basement space and can accommodate from 2 to 12 guests, consisting of 6 bedrooms and 2 kitchens. On the basement, we were surprised to find a spacious gym area, ironing board, laundry, drier and a playroom offering TV, home cinema facilities and table tennis. A lovely bottle of local wine with seasonal fruit welcomed us upon our arrival by Ms Koula – a lovely lady who was available at all times.
The luxurious villa built on a hill offered a panoramic view of the sea and the greenery. Once we’ve stayed there, we didn’t want to leave.
