In the wonderful Mediterranean landscape of Rhodes, in an area of 6.500 m2 , in the western part of the island outside Kalavarda village, lies a beautiful estate with fruit trees, vines, olive and fig trees, in which you can wander along paved paths, cut fruit and taste the Rhodian land flavours. Inside the property, there is also a small garden with herbs, such as basil, lavender, mint, which you can use to prepare Greek dishes. In the western part of the estate, Nikos Kolonas can show you his organically cultivated field and you can enjoy fresh vegetables and fruit such as tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, cucumbers and melon and watermelon. Nick can also introduce you to the principal methods of organic farming. So, we welcome you in a green environment that will leave you speechless as an idyllic, magical setting unfolds in front of you.
